Before joining Arciniegas Abogados, David was a Senior Legal Associate at a national corporate firm in Santo Domingo, where he developed a broad practice representing mostly large companies in trial courts, appellate courts and in the Dominican Republic Supreme Court. He has handled countless breach of contract and business tort cases, and has significant experience with labor disputes, real property litigation, collections claims, criminal litigation (representing owners and shareholders), and defending lawyers and law firms against legal malpractice and related claims.
