Licenciado Federico de los Santos

  Federico currently represents businesses, business owners, and other individuals in all matters of business and intellectual property law. He actively negotiates and drafts business contracts, documents, and agreements. He aggressively resolves business disputes and protects his client’s interests through assertive demand letters.

Federico is an experienced attorney combining his many years of experience in different areas of the law  with a unique background in Engineering.

Federico provides competent real estate advice as his clients expand. He protects their intellectual property rights through non-disclosure agreements, and by preparing and filing applications for trademarks. He proactively addresses and resolves employee issues, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, providing advice on hiring and terminating employees, and preventing or defending unemployment claims.

Also trained as an Engineer, Federico brings a unique perspective to resolving legal issues for manufacturing companies, technology enterprises, and foreign investors, by drawing from more than two decades of consulting experience.
